My boyfriend and I have been together for a while, and we have been easing into a sexual relationship. He was very nervous and embarassed about letting me see his penis the first time, and I understood why once I did. His foreskin is very tight to his penis, to the point where the small opening is on the underside, just below the urethra. His penis is very sensitive, and can only be handled strictly with an up-and-down motion. He also does not get pleasure from an intercourse motion masturbation. When he urinates or ejaculates, the fluid can only come out of the small foreskin hole, which means there is probably a build up of both on the head, where he cannot clean properly. After reading these posts, it sounds like phimosis. I want to tell him about what I've found, but I don't want him to think that I don't like his penis or something. I do, but I'm very worried that he won't get the same pleasure out of intercourse as he would if the head were exposed. I'm also very concerned about infection, as apparently his foreskin has been this way for his whole life. He is nineteen now. Any second opinions about his problem being phimosis? Any suggestions for going about telling him what I've found?
Thanks.

I had a severe case of phimosis about 4-5 years back. The difference with my case was my foreskin was fused to part of the glans of my penis. I too was very embarassed with this condition and finally got a circumcision done when i was 15. My penis now has a scar on the part of my glans where the skin was fused and along the regular circumcision line which you gotta just deal with. When im erect, the scar is less noticeable but it's still present...
All in all if you have phimosis and your skin is fused ( its rare) , then you will have to be circumcised and expect a scar afterwards. I have been applying scar cream lately so we'll see how that goes
All in all just see a doctor, its the easiest solution ...

Well, I am 45 y.o. and I have never seen the head of my penis. It is always covered with the foreskin. But that is not only my problem, it looks ugly, I look ugly, I am guy and I have never have a doubt about it but I AM A VIRGIN. I have never had intercourse with anybody. To the point the 10 years ago or so I tried to commit suicide. And... it is not like in the campaign "it gets better" NOT AT ALL.
I am suicidal again but, well, I don't even have friends to share.
On top of things I live in the USA and being a hispanic I am constantly discriminated.

It usually gets torn at some point, either during sex or masturbation and becomes less of a problem.
Mine tore several times after I began having sex, until it's now completely out of the way and I can pull my foreskin all the way back so the tip is at the bottom of my shaft.
It wasn't really painful but a little bloody.
So you are normal.

That was totally not smart; the foreskin is SUPPOSED to be adhered to the glans until it begins to naturally retract. Forcible retract can often cause irritation/damage, which could lead to infection.
