Without an exam, it's only a guess, but I assume you have a tight or short frenulum. There is a simple office procedure that can be done to lengthen it.
You can have sex without doing anything. It may tear and that would cause some discomfort and bleeding.
Get it checked and put your mind at ease. A urologist is your best resource, this is their area of expertise.
