If she was planning to take him up on his offer its unlikely she would have told you about him contacting her. Ask her what her thoughts are about this if you need to put your mind at rest but don't accuse her of anything or jump to conclusions. He looked het up, not the other way round. For all you know she might have sent him packing. Jealousy, especially if it is unfounded, will cause problems where there aren't any keep calm and talk to her without blaming or shaming her.
