I went to a water park yesterday and when I got home I decided to take a shower. I touched my nipples and they were so painful and sore. Today, I woke up and my nipples have weird red scars around them. And there is a small hole on the right areola. My nipples also feel different, It can get super flat. That never happened before or I thought so. Please help me! I am 13 turning 14.
