Sure. Tender breasts or nipples are often a sign of pregnancy, though many women also experience them as part of PMS. No period for two weeks is definitely a possible sign of pregnancy but yes, it can also be due to PCOS. (Also PCOS makes it harder to get pregnant but by no means impossible.)

My first question would be, have you taken a pregnancy test at all? That would quickly answer your question if I understood correctly that you are now two weeks late. Pregnancy tests are accurate from the day of your missed period onward, so it would definitely give you the right answer by now.
