My organ is swollen after stimulation

Before you ask I'm NOT circumcised. Last evening I had probably my biggest masturbation session yet. It wasn't necasarily long but I gave it my all. I hadn't planned on masturbating so I didn't prepare or put any lubricant on. After about 15-20 min I stopped and went to wash up. As I was doing so I noticed my sick looked a little red. I didn't think anything of it until I was getting ready for bed. I was gonna take a piss when I noticed that the tip of my penis was swollen. Not the actual penis but the foreskin looked like it had ballooned. I didn't feel any pain so I thought it would just be gone in the morning. However, when I woke up the next morning about 10 hours later it was still swollen. Is this a serious issue or will it eventually go away? FYI: I'm 14 and have never had problems with masturbation before.
