I recently had pap test and got my results this morning. I got a phone call that my pap was bad and to visit my gyn tomorrow. What does it mean? I’m 23 and have never done pap test before. I had cramps and heavy periods so had to have pap test and am going to have ultrasound exam too.

Once I had abnormal pap smear and was prescribed antibiotic cream to treat it. I repeated test in one month and it was better. I had to have colposcopy with biopsy to make sure that it wasn’t carcinoma. I hardly survived waiting for results. It wasn’t carcinoma but was hpv that can lead to development of carcinoma.

What does Benign Endocervical Glandular Epithelium mean on a pathology report? I have had two abnormal Pap test and I am HPV positive.
