I'm 13 and im about 5'5 and weight 135 lbs. I play soccer, volleyball, and run long distance track. My parents tell me I'm getting a little fat but I run everyday and what not but I also feel my leg muscles getting bigger..

Okay , first of all , you definitely should not have your parents telling you your fat . Second , girls our age shouldn’t be worrying about our Weight unless it’s very serious . 135 is very normal for us and I can say that’s what I am and I have no problem . But , different people have different body’s . But if you feel self conscious about your weight , simply try skipping fatty foods , and you’re already exercising so don’t worry !! Leg muscles are amazing , embrace them !!
