My penis burns when I pee

Hi, I'm 14 years old, when i pee (during) I feel a horrible burning feeling, I have read other posts and they say that it burns after they pee but not for me only during, I couldnt have an std because I've never even kissed a girl nevermind have sex. From the other posts I've read they say get help as soon as they can  but they've only had it for a few days BUT IVE HAD IT FOR MONTHS, I'm talking about 6 months maybe and I'm really quite scared, I haven't told my parents but I'm thinking about it, please help me!
