16 cm is just over 6 inches. It's bigger than average but not gigantic. You don't say your girth but from your post I think this might be what's going on.
It takes time Little. You can't just expect to slip a big penis into her vagina. You need LOTS of foreplay and use some extra lube. Take your time. Her body can adjust to you, think about it a baby can come out of there, but it takes time.
