my penis is very tight and doesnt have a head

Guys who are uncircumsized have to be very careful to clean under, around, beneath and above the foreskin. It is a trap for bacteria and infection. I am just guessing here, but I've heard these discussions before. Your penis probably has a head to it, but you've got to practice extra clean habits, especially since your are developing into a man's physically. You may have to see a pediatrician to get you on the right track, especially since you are having pain. You want to be sure that you don't need medication to clear things up. It sounds like, with treatment and good cleansing habits, you'll be fine. :)
