My periods are usually very heavy, but this one was very late and I had only a light bleeding

I'm 22 years old, even from the start I've always have had heavy bleeding that covers the entire heavy pad. I also have a app to record my periods and they are always spot on except for 2 other times but every time they were late then, they were still heavy. This time around I was suppose to have my period on the 21st of February and didn't get anything until the 26th and that's just barely anything bleeding out. I really didn't need a pad except for 28th which was light bleeding and then died again on the 1st and completely stopped now. I've taken two home test and both were negative. Ive never in my life had this happen to me.
