my private is very itchy after fingering

I got fingered Friday night and its now Tuesday, it was very rough and I did bleed a little after, but now my vagina is very itchy and I don't no whether this is normal or not as it was my first time getting fingered and I don't want to go to the doctors or I'll have to explain to people why I am going.. can some1 help and tell me if this is normal please I'm very worried

I would love for a doctor to reply and help me please and I didn't get itch until about Monday
