Hi Thembi, Have you talked to his doctor about a possible food allergy? Or an allergy to the bath soap, laundry soap, lotion or something else in the environment? If it's pretty regular then I would suspect it is either an allergic reaction, or a skin condition that can be diagnosed by a dermatologist and easily treated. I hope this was helpful, & good luck!
