every so often my testicles get sweaty and smelly for 4 days straight, even though i shower and wash l off with extra care, i tried wearing shorts for a day. but the smell stays put and my testicles burn and itches. what is wrong with my goodies? they seek my attention.

You could be having some kind of fungal or bacterial skin infection in the area. I would see a dermatologist if I were you. Fungus loves and enjoys sweat and moist and could easily overgrow in such environment.
Fungal infections need treatment or they will keep itching, burning and smelling. You shouldn’t get just any over the counter antifungal cream because it may not treat your kind, so talking to a derm is the best thing you could do to determine what kind of an infection it is or if it is just sweat.

i have the same problem and its really not fun...its so itchyyy..and when i scratch it sometimes so much it bleeds..it feels so good to scratch i almost cant stop...andd once i start to sweat it gets itchyer ive had this problem for months now just wishing it would go away i shower everyday and am very not a dirty person wondering where this has come from can u get fungus from another person if u have sexual contact with them

my dogs sleep with me at night. one of my dogs sleeps under the covers with me and i've noticed that my testicles itch all the time, i am alway scratching them, could i have a bad case of the fleas? :'(

A light dusting of antiseptic talc powder on a regular basis should work within a day or two. ;-)
