Hi, well maybe it’s some sort of rash. I don’t know, if it’s a rash than you should wash the place thoroughly and then dry it out. After you dry it you should apply some baby powder on it so it dries it out even more. It must be annoying to constantly scratch yourself there but I think it will go away quickly one you start putting baby powder on it. Hope this helps
