My tubes were tied a year and a half ago. My periods are always heavy and this month my period has been very light, almost spotting and lots of cramping. Is it possible I could be pregnant?

I am 48, my tubes were tied 26 years ago and I am 2 weeks late. My boobs has been sore for 2 weeks but two days ago I was spotting and today it's brownish only when I wipe. What does this mean?
