I had sex with my boyfriend and was getting itchy I'm am now being treated for a Uti. I am so sore I have bumps on my vagina and I was putting vagisil and baby powder on it. Now on the right side of my vagina there getting like open sores I can not wipe my self when I pee. The pain is unbearable!!!

Bumps and open sores are not typical of a UTI. They could indicate an STD, such as herpes.

Your pills for UTI sometimes could cause a yeast infection. But based on what you have described, i doubt if it's one. You may need to see a doctor.
