hey i have been struggeling with my weight for over 3 years now and i have now self confidence At ALL :cry: i tried pukeing but that just made me feel more worse :? and it was very gross, ive tried excersiseing but all i got out of that was 3 weeks of pain in my muscles so that didn't work out to good then after that i tried just not eating i went about 5 days but i just felt so weak and tired.... so all that said i was just wondering if someone could help me with my problem cuz i am short too about 5'3 so it shows on me a lot more then most people and plus i am 150 pounds and only 15 years old my goal is to be 105-115 pounds please help me figure out a diet for me to go by THANKS
