Dear all
My wife is 7 weeks since conceived and no foetal pole and no yolk sack is seen till now?? does it going to be fale pregnancy or stepping towards misscarriage or retarded growth of foetus?? please answer us as we both are worried and and a bit afraied of misscarriage????
