I think I have my first yeast infection, though I am not 100 per cent certain that this is what it is, as I have not been to the GP. My private areas are itching like mad though, and I can see some white stuff, so I am pretty sure that it is a yeast infection. Can I do anything to cure this naturally?

I feel for you, sister! A yeast infection is no fun, and it can be hard to stop yourself from scratching in that area which doesn't look very ladylike to other people of course. I have poured probiotic yoghurt over ladytown before, and that normally settles the fire for a bit. If itching continues, you got to see a doctor though!
