Recently I have had constipation a lot. I know that this is worrisome and that it can be a sign something else is also wrong with my body. I want to try and cure my constipation in a natural way and I am convinced that this is possible... but how?

Bad diet is the most common cause for constipation. How is your diet? Are you eating as healthy and balanced as you should? The majority of Americans has serious deficiencies in their diet, and you may be one of them. You don't need to be American to have food deficiencies of course, if I may add :-). Natural laxatives include raisins, prunes, mango, and apple. Often, eating more fibre rich foods is also a great help.

Miquela686 is completely right, what you eat is definitely the most important factor, but there are a few helpful things that can do a lot for digestion, but of course, only if the problem hasn’t gone beyond the proportions. Nowadays are widely available different kinds of probiotic products which contain so called “good bacteria” which normally are present in our bowels. But similar benefits, but in the long run, you can have if you start having yoghurt, at least once a day and that doesn’t include frozen yoghurt. Even people who are moderately lactose-intolerant can consume yoghurt without experiencing any bad effects.
