As everyone knows when you have this surgery you'll get some form of constipation no matter what the doctor says.
What do they tell you to take for this? NOTHING!! Or they give you more pills to take full of chemicals which is no good for. So it's up to you to find and answer, so I've done some digging around for some NATURAL remedies to help with this.

1. Flax Seed in a cup of water wait for 15mins and then drink. Once a day.
2. Tea spoon of Olive oil followed bay a cup of Senna Tea.
3. If you can stomach them Prunes or prune juice.
4. Cup of canned pears might be a better option or pear juice.
5. Strong cup of coffee Not instant followed buy a Bran muffin then a cup of water
6. Qrt cup of Aloe Vera. Grind it and drink it with a cup of water (not for pregnant women)
7. Cabbage leaves stir fried.
8. Any type of beets/beetroot Raw!! Shred this with some cabbage/horse radish does a good job.
9. Horse radish in a cup of boiling water. Wait 5mins before drinking 3times a day.
10. Castor oil 1tbls . This will completely flush you out so watch out.(not for pregnant women)
11. Pysllium Husk 1tbls with water only to be taken between meals never directly before of after.
