It makes me sad so many people are experiencing the pain I once was...
Here's a few natural things that really helped for me:
*Diet (read about anti-inflamitory diet on google)
*Gin-Soaked Raisins (Golden and organic) sounds weird. Works great! Google it.
*Alfalfa
*High intake of vitamin C (every time I wake up in pain I down 2,000 mg) I'm pretty sure no amount is too
much
*Arnica (apply to joints, DO NOT INGEST)
*Probiotic (to seal the lining of your stomach, once of antibiotics - google "leaky gut")
*Apple Cider Vinegar
I hope someone somewhere can find some benefit to this.
