I've been having nausea for a month now (Recently gets a bit worse when I lay down to sleep, but I might be imaginating). Also sometimes I experience extremely short mild dizziness. Also I've always had problems with diarrhea from time to time (recently I've been having this problem too). The only constant symptom is nausea. No vomiting at all. Also recently I've been experiencing pain in the back. It can anywhere in the back. And sometimes short mild abdominal pain (anywhere in the abdomen). Oh, and when I go outside the symptoms fade greatly or disappear, and sometimes I'm fatigued faster (not always). I also have a slight loss of appetite. Although sometimes I can eat anything and in any quantity, but usually don't feel too good after eating greasy food. I've scheduled an doctor's appointment in a few days just to be on the safe side, but I want to hear your opinion. As I write this I'm experiencing no symptoms at all.
Also I'm a bit of a hypochondriac, and when I get nervous my bowels stats to get irritated.

Allow me to indulge in some guesses. You mentioned that when you go outside, the symptoms faded greatly or disappeared. This leads me to suspect there may have been something inside your house that was causing all your symptoms. Many furnitures and household appliances give off harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde that can make some people sick. I would advise using a HEPA type filtration system inside your house to absorb harmful gaseous particles and dusts. I got three HEPA type filtration units inside my house, and I could breathe so much easier and I always feel healthy and sound.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention (very important thing). I'm obese (186 cm, 110-115 kg). I have high blood pressure. Most of the symptoms are now relatively gone, just dizziness and nausea (somewhat diminished, since I changed my diet) persist. Someone told me it might be an inner ear infection.

Also, I've been spending too much time in the house, as I'm computer programmer and I study via distance learning in the meantime. Also winters are quite harsh here.
