I had something very similar to this, I left it for years, then out of nowhere it seemed to become infected. My scrotum wasn't sore, just uncomfortable. I thought I'd put up with this for a couple of days until I showed my wife ( by this time the right side of my scrotum was about the size of a tennis ball!). Needless to say, she whisked me away to hospital immediately, where within 90 minutes I was getting surgery for an infected cyst. They pretty much bore a 5cm hole into my scrotum to drain it, and for the next week I had to go to a medical centre every day to remove and redress the packing. The surgeon said that they removed quote a bit of fluid, which was a dark orange on colour and rather pungent.
My advice is just leave it, and if you're concerned, see a doctor. Believe me, they've seen it all before, a lot more than what you think!

I have this bump on the bottom of my testicle, it has been there a few months, I don't know what it is I thought it was an in grown hair because I shave. But it is not going away, it's skin colored with a little redness. What do I do? It will not pop I poked with needle and nothing just fear and a little pain. Anybody know what it may be?

I I had some type of rash in my groin for 2 weeks that itched.It stopped itching but then a big pimple appeared on left upper testicle and it hurt like an abcess .Dermatologist lanced it and it drained out in 2 days but now i see 2 smaller ones on same side.Life is a sunny beach & I'm 63 yrs old.
