Does anyone know for sure if Niapads is really safe for adult acne treatment in pregnant women/nursing mothers? (read it on amazon.com). Apparently the product is more effective than antibiotics such as clindamycin in treatment of acne (according to reference posted on website). Feedback is appreciated.
