I have just been reading about the possibilties of getting pregnant without both fallopian tubes. Do you know if it is possible to donate tubes? Or if its possible to have surgery to insert a manmade tube? My frfiend hasn't got any tubes and has tried IVF several times without success. Are there any other options?
