Pain in Lower Left Abdomen

I have had a dull pain in my lower left abdomen for about two months now, it went away when my period happened the first month, and then after it came back. About a week ago I had some spotting in my underwear, just regular red, I was very stressed out so that is what I thought it was, just my period coming early or something due to the stress. The next day though there was brown, clear and red discharge when I would wipe. And then for the next couple days after that it has been really dark brown discharge and red as well. I still get the pain in my lower left abdomen, and sometimes the pain sharpens or it feels like a vibration. It is very strange. Anyone have any ideas? I am very worried about this.
