I have been on Yaz for a few months and have been having regular periods. I switched from NuvaRing because it was causing me pain during intercourse. Anyways, I got a period April 11th and then got it again on May 30th. I got it again on June 15th (two weeks later) I started my pack of pills on June 20th but only took that one pill the entire month!! I know I know!! In my defense I was moving and starting grad school and was not thinking straight. I have sex regularly because my boyfriend and I live together (yes, unprotected). My periods usually come every 30 days so I should have gotten it July 15th it is now July 28th and still nothing! I took a pregnancy test on the 18th and one on the 21st both were negative. I don't think I'm pregnant I don't have any symptoms or anything. my question is should I start my new pack of Yaz or what should I do? I don't want to go to the doctors if I don't need to. Any thoughts and advice will be greatly appreciated.

i started YAZ a month ago. my mom sent me a few packs from south africa. she was concerned that my boyfriend and i were having sex, although always protected, she just felt that i should be extra safe. im not sure when ill get my period, seeing that i just took the white pill a few minutes ago.
im not someone that misses their period, and i always get it for 7 days. will my body cope with just having it for 4 days?
please if anyone knows anything..

how long will it take for my body to get used to yaz? i switched from femodene to yaz, and haven't had my period! i'm not pregnant but it's stressfull not having a period! i had my period on the first pack of yaz and nothing with the second one!

I've been on Yaz for two years now, and have only had my period once in the past year. I've been to two doctors to verify that everything is ok and they both reassure me that its fine. They did an ultrasound to confirm what the above public health researcher said. Its strange not having your period, I freak out a bit not know if I'm prego or not but I still have the PMS symptoms so I still can tell when I"m PMSing too!

I have been using yaz now for 2 months ijust started my 3rd pack yesterday last month my period lasted 3 days an very light it didn't even feel like a period an just my last period it lasted 1 day! Is the normal,or wat?O an another thing i have no sex drive! Very Confused!!!!!! ? 8-|

It is my first month on yaz, I am on the 2nd white pill (going to take the 3rd one in a few hours) and have not yet gotten my period. I was on Loestrin 24 for 3 months previous to yaz and then took a month with no birth control before my doctor switched me over. I notice a lot of women seem to be having similar instances where they are getting their period late or not at all while on yaz, and while that is great it is also nerve wracking. How long should I go without getting my period before starting to worry?

I have been on yaz for 9 months now, always have had my period the same day or early morning I started taking the pink pills, well...this month, i took the pink pills and am on the 4th day of the next month and still no period...I think it s strange, I could possibly be pregnant? I ve never gotten pregnant while on birth control, and I ve never missed a day for 9 months!! My littlest is 9 months, see why I am worried,lol...doctor says wait it out for 3 more weeks to see if I get a period on the next pink pills...hmmm...

I have been on Yaz for almost a month now, i have only 2 white pills left and i havent had my period yet. My boobs have grown a lot, and they are very sore, i get very very nauseated,there is also a chance i could be pregnant. My periods are not totally regular because the doctors have been changing the kind of birth control i take all the time! (which is where the fear of pregnancy comes in). I took the morning after pill 3 days after having unprotected sex. three days later, i changed birth controls, so i quit taking the birthcontrol i was on, waited for my period, and started yaz. ive noticed that so far all the posts ive read of women who are not getting their period had it for a long time when they first started yaz, altough mine was regular. I dont know what to think at all or what to do! is it just the birth control thats making me not have my periods? and when do i start my other pack? it is impossible to get a doctors appointment here so i would appreciate any advise, please.

I've been on the generic form of yaz for about 7 months now, and my periods have been very regular. I just started taking the placebo pills 3 days ago, and normally my period comes the night after the first placebo pill ( in my case it comes on a thursday morning/night.) Friday morning I woke up and notice bleeding, so I used a tampon. However, a few hours later when I went to change, I noticed I had not bled at all. I used another, just in case, and a few hours later, there was still no sign of bleeding. Its now saturday afternoon and still nothing. My pink pills start again tomorrow. I am sexually active with my long time boyfriend, and I have been pregnant previously. I'm not sure whether I could be pregnant again, or if I'm just randomly missing a period. Please advise

So... I have been on Yaz for about a year and a half and I have had no problems with getting my period... sometimes they are irregular but other than that I have gotten one every month. However a month ago I didnt get my period and so I took a pregnancy test late in the next month just to be careful and it said I wasnt pregnant. However I only have one more white pill to take this month and still no sign of my period. I am very worried. I have gotten a few cramps but no sign of blood. Does this mean I am pregnant and the pregnancy test is wrong? If not, why is my body reacting this way now, even after a year and a half of being on Yaz? I am very worried and I am thinking about consulting a doctor. If anyone has any information on why I am not getting my period please let me know.

I am 30yrs old and i have hardly got my periods in entire life. its me 6months now i haven't got my periods. In year 2008 i got my periods after 1 year and its always like that. My doc has asked me to use Yashmin for 21 days and has asked me to have it again after 7 days when i get my periods but i did not get the periods. I have imbalanced hormones and i so want to have a baby will i ever have one with all these problems??

I was diagnosed with CAH and my endocrinologist prescribed Yaz to replace some of the hormones I lack. I am on the white pills also and no period. I have the cramping and my breasts do hurt. I was on Yaz a few years back and remember getting my periods every month until I was on it for over a year and didn't get a period. When I went to my gyne, I wasn't pregnant and she said sometimes you will not get a period with Yaz so I told her to take me off it and give me something else. Now I am back on Yaz and have mixed feelings about it. However, it is helping me with my symptoms from my CAH.

hey i now start yaz on the 17th of may and i am reading and hearing about these thing i wonder what should i do some one please hepl me so i will know if to stop taking yaz and go back to microgyonon 30 and it work well with me!??
