well yeah i was diagnosed by my psychologist i have ocd... and recently it's been getting out of control i get like pins inside of my head like their trying to come out and i grab my hair and start pulling for it to calm down it's getting more and more agressive and sometimes i twitch cause of it and it'll calm it down a bit, i don't want to appear crazy to people and need other ways to calm it down besides pain and like jerks anyone have any help?
