Hi, I am having an issue that is starting to concern me. I am 31yrs old mother of four. 11, 7, 5, an 9 months old. All vag. Births. Never had any problems till right before I got preg. with my last baby. I had a abnormal pap. re tested still abnormal doc did a cervical freeze and took a sample. Test came back ok no problems. I ended up preg like 3 months later. Since then had my little one. My 6 wk post ck up was fine no problems. I am not on any type of b/c butt i keep track of my cycle and we use condoms and spermaside. My periods are some what regular but the last 2-3 months most of the time after sex I start bleeding. The blood is old dark and sometimes its clotted. I am just worried what it could be. Please anyone that has some advice reply back.
Thanks ahead of time

Hi
I've been told by my ob/gyn that these types of symptoms can occur around your age, as a result of pre-menopause. Don't let that scare you. It sounds early, but apparently, that is when we can start seeing signs of pre-menopause, which can come and go until the "normal" age of menopause, which is about 52. Symptoms are usually related to irregular periods, which include clotting. I was about 36 when I started having those symptoms. Of course, this was my situation. I just wanted to give you what could be an insignificant possibility. However, because of your abnormal pap history, you'd want to report your current symptoms to your gyn because he/she knows your body. That's my advise. Again, to put your mind at ease abit. There could be normal reasons for your symptoms. Let me know...
