Im a soph. in high school, and i am on varsity on and off this season. I do mostly long jump& 200m, but now started to do triple jump to give myself a better chance on varsity, and i am ok in all of the (18'4" Long, 24.6 Sec for 200, and 37'3" in triple.) I just managed to claw my way onto a varsity spot, but when I competed in a meet today I really screwed up my knee in long because i was pushing really hard and landed sideways in the sand. Any suggestions on how to rain and not kill myself?
