My right testicle is more "slanted" so i can feel a space between it and the skin.. is it a problem?

What do you mean “slanted”? Do you mean the skin around your testicle is a bit wider and like there is some empty space in between or what?

He was always complaining about the wide skin around his testicles and like they are hanging between his legs, he wanted to go to the surgery because of that and was desperate as he thought this was abnormal. I have to say he actually had his panic attacks because of this, he really hated it. He was also scared to go see the doctor as he was dreading to hear the diagnose.
Some time passed and once when were to have sex, he was stunned, he pointed his finger to his genital area and I noticed his testicles were like swollen, and we concluded it was due to his excitement.
From then on, this would happen every time he is sexually excited and he realized this was just a waste of time thinking about the size of the skin around the testicles.
So I can advise you not to think about this much unless you notice something serious going on, okay?
