Orange discharge after period?

Hi, i have been very confused. i had unprotected sex in october. my periods in november and in december, have been five days long, and have been lighter than usual. i still wore tampons on all the days, but sometimes it wasnt really necessary. a few months ago when me and my bf were fooling around, i noticed this bump on my clitoris? i cant see it that i can tell, and when he would touch it, it would hurt. but after a few months it stopped. just yesterday i noticed that it hurts when i wipe. i just started my period on monday, and finished it yesterday. and last night and at times today, when i wiped there was an orange, very slight pink mucus discharge? ive never had this before, and im so worried. i did have unprotected sex with my bf in october, and he came in me anally. i have been trying not to stress about being pregnant since my periods are so wacky. i dont have any pregnancy symptoms, just lighter periods. and now im noticing the bump on my vagina is starting to hurt again. and now im having orange discharge? i have taken a pregnancy test on december 12th or so and it was negative. i have very minor cramps here n there now since my period has finished (was more severe before it started). but i have no idea wat is going on? could i still be pregnant? or do i have an infection? i dont think its an std because me and my bf have only had sex with eachother. (will i did one other person over 2 years ago). but i cant seem to figure out wats wrong? im going to take another pregnancy test next week to double check. but does anybody know what this sounds like?? could an infection or cyst be the cause of my all of a sudden light periods? or what?
