Ovulation, PMS or pregnancy symptoms 3 weeks after miscarriage?

okay, so i'm only 19, and recently had a miscarriage with my boyfriend of 3 years. it was around 3 weeks ago and i was about 6 weeks along, it lasted for a week maybe more, with the worse pain ive ever been in and tons of bleeding i literally thought i was going to bleed to death! anyways, i had sex 5 days ago, and it was only for about 5 mins because i was nervous that it was too soon after the miscarriage so we stopped, and it was kinda painful, maybe because it was too soon, or because i was tense and nervous. 3 days after that, i started feeling a very mild cramp in my lower abdomen on the left side, on and off. the day after that i felt the cramping some, and felt as if my nipples were tingling or burning. also my cervix this morning was high, soft, and open so that made me think i could just be ovulating? but about a hour ago i checked and it was lower, but still soft and open. im not sure when to expect ovulation, or my period because everything has been messed up since the miscarriage, could what im feeling maybe just be from my horomones being all messed up? i just find it strange that after the miscarriage everything was fine until just the other day when i noticed the cramps. i dont think i would have pregnancy symptoms just 3 days after sex? ive also been very stressed about it, and worrying so maybe i could be worrying so much that i could be pregnant im just overthinking all of this and making my body think its pregnant again? i am not ready to be pregnant again so soon after the miscarriage, and we arent trying to have a baby, we're both in college and working 247 it just isnt the right time for us.
