I am 16 years old (female) and I've been having cramping in my boobs (Mostly in my left boob) I cant really explain how the pain feels though. Sometimes it feels like something moving in my boob. It cramps for a few seconds then goes away...and then it comes back for a few more seconds and then goes away and then comes back again (and so on.) and also if i breath in while my left boob is cramping, I feel this really sharp hurtful pain!!! At first i thought it wasn't so much a big deal but now i'm concerned because i've been having these cramps everyday for like awhile now. I just want to know whats wrong with me! oh and also...I have not had sex yet, so I can't be pregnant or anything like that.
and I'm thinking maybe it could be stress? because i've been having alot of family problems and stuff. Or maybe because i'm kind of overweight?? ....anyways, I hope someone can help me find whats going on!

am sorry to hear this..cramping pain in one of the breast is suspicious.it may be a tumour..consult a doctor very soon.this is confirmed after seeing the result of mammogram.yeah ofcourse it may be a common pain due to stress then why is it only in the LEFT breast!!! overweight may not be a cause in your case..anyway i suggest you to visit a doctor.morever if its a tumour it can be treated easily in early stage....hope your pain would vanish soon...good luck%-)

I literally have the exact same problem. I'm also 16. If it is indeed a tumor, the pain wouldn't come and go. If it's stress, (mind you, your heart is slightly underneath your left boob) your heart could bebeating faster, causing the nerves and vains there to spaz or something. If it's growing pains however, I'm already a DD cup so I might need to plan on getting a reduction. haha

YOU DO NOT HAVE A TUMOR. It sounds like gas to me, this happens to me too, air gets a bit stuck in your chest and it hurts when you breathe in deeply but it goes away after a few minutes. Go see a doctor if you want but please don't drive yourself crazy thinking you have a tumor.

I am 20 years only with cramping in my right boob. I hope they aren't still growing bc I'm at a DDD, and it would be weird for only one boob to grow haha. could it be the gas thing?

I hve been hvng the exact same problem nd its freaking me out bcoz im only 14 nd I hvnt done anything tht may harm my health , I feel a sharp pain in my boobs nd I once asked my teacher about it nd she said it may b a blood clot so I should just cough to relieve it I dno if thts true bt everytym wen I cough it goes away, could this b breast cancer nd if it is cn it b cured? ???

I have the same thing (14 f). But it happens to my left boob more so than the right. But it always happens because I either reach my hand around to my back or reach up to grab something; as for the pain it usually lasts 10 minutes and if I'm lucky it'll be a dull throbbing but that's not uaually the case. As for what it is I don't actually know... So I'm assuming growing pains...
