I have been having severe pain in the backs of my legs for the last 4 nights following the flu (fever, headache). So much that I woke up at 4 am and couldn't fall back to sleep again due to the extreme pain. Last 3 nights I couldn't fall asleep til about 3 a.m. because of the pain. Soaking in Epsom salts gives some relief but I feel like I must be lacking some important nutrient or something. Any help would be wonderful. I would love to have a good nights sleep again. It hurts the most when I am lying or sitting, less when I am standing. (Problem is I'm too tired to stand).

You may be lacking potassium. Try eating bananas, potatoes or any other potassium enriched foods.
