You may have a spontaneous pneumothorax i.e. Collapsed lung. Both my lungs spontaneously collapsed in my early 20s... At least go get a chest X-ray and make sure it isn't that.

That could be emotion problem. Be happy and have walk find things to relax. When you sad it hurt your heart such as depression.

Use to have that pain too but its gone now while I had some nap at the noon time. Relax have a walk and breath slowly. Stress and depression hurt your heart. Make sure you do some exercise on your left arm too, to stretch the muscle.

I am 22 Male. I feel sharp pain in my heart when I lay on my left side or back. Pain lasts for only couple of seconds and occurs once in 2-3 days approx. this started 4-5 years back.

I'm actually only 13, and I do indeed get very agonising pains near my heart are while lying on my left side. I haven't told anyone yet but I'm definitely going to soon as the pain is slowly increasing.

have you been overwhelmed or stressed at home or school? This can be a physical sign of anxiety. Maybe bring it up at your next check up

I am feeling the same pain.. It does not hurt normally. When I am sleeping I cannot lay on my sides for long or stomach I worry it is my left lung or something worse please tell me what you have found...

It is also relieved a bit if I take deep breaths but only for a short time
