I finished my crossfit workout and as the night progressed I began feeling tightness and pain in my left back (around the lat area) as i took deep breaths. When I woke up in the morning the pain was much worse. I can move and feel tightness from the workout but that area now has sharp pain to the point that i avoid taking deep breaths. I have read that it may be an out of place rib, or I may have pulled the muscle in my left middle back, even that I may have strained the muscles around my lungs. I have had this happen to me before on my right side mostly but always after my workouts.
