I have two current pains in my joints (left shoulder, left foot arch to mid-thigh) that I very concerned with.
I've had the pain in my leg for years, and it only acts up during large amounts of heavy activity (most recently a very steep scramble up a rock hill side while hiking. I had high grade supporting boots, as well.), and has never caused inflammation or pain lasting for more than three hours. It starts with a twinge in my knee, and will travel down to horrid muscle tension in the arch. I've once or twice had to take two aspirin just to get to sleep when it's happened. As for my thigh, it feel like it's just radiating away and giving me a burning pain at the raw center.
As for my shoulder, I once was tripped and bashed it into a metal pole. It partially dislocated it, but it moved back into place immediately, but I could feel it move out of place for half an instant. I couldn't bring myself to do much more than ice it and grit my teeth, as the person who accidentally tripped me didn't know she caused this and would never forgive herself. Lately, however, it has been giving me a dull pain when I move it backwards or higher than straight out.
I have a physical in two weeks, and would like to go in with some prior knowledge.
