I have been experiencing pain in the glands in both sides of my neck for some time. Sometime the pain is so severe that I cannot talk, chew or swollow. When I drink water 8 oz. or more it goes away. Today, I felt a pain, which seemed to be in a vain under my tongue which traveled down my neck to my ear.

The former discomfort in my glands in both sides of my throat/neck has been going on for years. The pain which seemed to be under the left side of my tongue just started today.

I have gone to ENT specialists and once it got so swollen I had to be given an antibiotic to relieve it. They just say drink a lot of water and massage.
