So I have had this ongoing pain/ache (like a labored feeling) going on in my neck. Not the back, but the front... on both sides, right below my jawline. Sometimes the ache feeling travels up behind my ears and leaves me with an earache and sometimes cause me to have a headache. I notice when I talk for extended periods of time, the neck pain become more intense. it's been bothering me for months now. I had mentioned something to my doctor about it many months ago. All she did was feel my neck and say I was fine. It's becoming unbearable. I never want to talk or sing or yell or hum or anything!!! Anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm sick of my dr(s) just ignoring me.

Please describe the symptoms in more detail. Mine is a strangled sensation on each side of wind pipe as well as back of neck ache into upper shoulders. 5 months and no doctor can diagnose.
