I have been Diagnosed as a Chronic Pain Management Patient in 2007 at Durham while in the N.C. D.O.C.  I was being treated at the V.A. Medical Center in Salisbury and Mr PCP refused to increase the Methadone that iI had been on since 2007. I had been on 30 mg a day. It had become less effective. He refused and stop it and my 180 10mg Oxycodone a day and did nothing to detox me. I am in a lot of pain due to various spinal problems and Arthritis.  I am in immediate need of HELP!
