Hi - I was in a car crash wa week last Friday and my body is black and blue. My shoulder was excruciatinlgy painful so I had it X-rayed at the hospital. They found only muscle trauma. The bruising has now started to come out all over but the pain bothing me the most is underneath my right breast. It hurts when getting up from a sitting position or getting out of bed, and it's really bad when I laught or cough - could this be a cracked rib and would it have shown up on a should X-ray.
