I've noticed that I've had some similar issues to the white sores around my vaginal area. In the course of 2 days, they appeared out of nowhere, 3-5 at first on the first day, but I just figured it may have been ingrown hairs or pimples, but the next day, there were several, not only around my vaginal openening, inside the vaginal opening, and on the insides of my lower butt-cheeks, but not towards my anus. They are white pimple-like sores and it hurts to even walk or sit up straight in a chair. On the second day where more had appeared, I noticed it started to sting/tickle when I had to urinate and in the process of urination. It didn't stike me as something to worry about as much, but when I started to feel the stinging/ticklish sensation when I peed, that's when I became very concerned. Also, I've noticed that it is beoming sore on top of the "Vagina bone" (sorry for my incorrect terms) and around where the panty line sits around the legs in the front of my body near the zipper of your pants. I've never had anything like this before, and my boyfriend has been tested for STD's and had everything come back negative. I recently started birth control (the pill) for the first time this month. I was assuming maybe it could be due to the fact the a lot of changes are going on down that might have caused these weird white pimple-like sores. I am scheduling an appointment with a planned parenthood person first thing tomorrow, but if you ladies have any idea what might be happening or at least have any creams/ointments you could recommend, that would be really great! Once again, this has occured within the last 48 hours all together, and I'd really appreciate for some help to at least die the pain down.

I'm having a similar situation and thought I'd chime in to maybe calm some fears. Have had a single lesion on my labia appear from time to time over the course of my adult life. I, too, panicked while waiting for test results from my doctor. I was married with very few previous sexual partners and no history of outbreaks. So while it was unlikely, I was still worried and stressed...luckily I got the good news via phone call on Christmas Eve! Turns out I have Herepes Simplex 1, which a majority of the population has. It can occasionally cause lesions on the genitalia as opposed to the mouth (which I almost never get, but have a battalion of meds ready just in case). What's interesting to me is that this lesion almost always occurs when I'm fighting another virus and have a fever. Do some research on reputable sites and you'll see that Herpes 2 is not very common, but still something to always protect against!

I have one single sore about the size of a pea on the very back of my labia minora. It's uncomfortable to walk and it burns like hell when I pee. I am currently in a foreign country and not sure what to do. Results of your tests would be helpful..

Okay so I had unprotected sex (stupid me) and I was so sure I had the HSV2 yet I'm taking acyclovir and I'm still no better... I can feel a tiny bump on my labia minora and it is excruciating to pass urine over it, I literally have to put my finger on it to stop contact I am in tears. Not sure what to do now. Any help or advice would be extremely grateful. I am a 20 year old female and prior to about 9 days ago, I last had protected intercourse in March. Please help. This is unbearable.

I've had the same problem 3 years ago - painful white spots that were inflamed and burned like hell when I went to bathroom. I ignored it too long so they started spreading rapidly and I had to be admitted to a hospital. Even the doctors didn't know if that was herpes, but it turned out it was both bacterial and yeast infection that got really bad because of waiting.
I got two kinds of creams, one for the yeast infection and the antibiotic cream, and after a week I was much better.
It happened again a few times, but now I know that I must react immediately and go to the doctor asap.
Hope somebody finds this useful, take care!:)

So I have a lot of similar symptoms. I noticed the dry/itchy feeling on the night of december 26th. I figured it was just a little dry. then I checked and my labia minors looked like an octopus! it has many white sores on it that are painful when they come in contact with pee. I haven't had sex since April, and it is now December so I don't think its possible to have an STD or Herpes...right? I'm just worried, what can it be?

Its not always herpes! I lost my sh*t a couple weeks ago because towards the end of a yeast infection, I had two small white blisters appear on my labia. Also burned like crazy when I peed, and looked exactly like pics of herpes on the internet. Go my blood tested and its NOT herpes (or any other STD) apparently mine was just an atypical symptom of yeast infection, or intense skin irritation because I had sex too soon following yeast infection. So to all you ladies out there desperately googling sh*t in a fit of anxiety praying you don't have herpes: don't give up hope yet! These IS other stuff it could be. The only way to know for sure is GET TESTED.
