Ok. I've had this problem for a while, over a year. I have a few tiny, tiny colorless bumps located in two spots on my labia minora. One of them is right in the opening and hard to locate. They burn when touched and cause a lot of discomfort during sex. I only isolated them as bumps about a month ago, it felt like burning and I just didn't bother further investigating. My OBGYN seemed to think it was just minor irritations of the skin and told me to keep it lubricated, but they've persisted so long.
I've done a lot of googling but I'm at a loss, nothing sounds like what I have.
I have only had one sexual partner and I was tested negative for several STDs, including herpes. I also tested negative for BV and yeast, although I did just clear up a yeast infection about a month ago, so there is a chance it's left over irritation from that?
Im considering it might be vulval dermatitis, an allergy to something down there, but I don't use any soaps or sprays and it's far enough in that my toilet paper doesn't usually touch it.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
