I've found white bumps on my labia minora, and I'm not sexually active, so I'm not so concerned with herpes, and I've had them for some time now without any obvious complications. However, these are small, hard bumps, several of them on both sides of my labia minora, that I can feel when I gently pinch and roll the skin. I can see them as well. They are not painful, nor do they cause me any discomfort at all. I've researched all kinds of conditions, including warts, but none look like mine. I looked up fordyce spots, and these are the closest thing to it, although mine appear to be a bit more prominent. I just wanted to get some ideas on what the possiblities of what these bumps could be so I can be prepared for the worse case scenario when I go to the doctor, I don't much like being taken by surprise.

Buggy

It could be just an infected gland. Take warm baths

Do see your doctor though to make sure all is okay
