for the past few months i have been havin sharp pains in my stomach, especially on left side, and down below inside vaginal wall. frequent urination, discharge and pains startin to be in my back and chest 2. had an ultrasound and found nothin, doctor keeps teln me nothn rong with me but what causin these pains? :'(
