:'( i am concerned as sat night i went out partying with friends. i was not drinking as i was driving i had to leave because i was bleeding from my bum really bad. since then i have been feeling tired and unwell head aches and stressed. i feel like i need a poo all the time since sat. i have never had any thing like this before
